Hi there! Welcome to the Simply and Fully Alive blog. I’m so glad you’re here.

About Me

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cindy Keener. And launching this blog is a dream come true. Let me explain…

I have come to understand that part of how God has wired me is to always be learning, growing, researching, absorbing, and sharing. If you ask my family and closest friends, they will tell you that I’m always learning about something, researching something, figuring out a new way to do something, and then subsequently sharing what I’ve learned with whoever is stuck nearby fortunate enough to hear what amazing things I’m ready to share.

And honestly, I feel the happiest and most fulfilled when I’m sharing that newly found knowledge with the people I care about. It makes me feel so stinkin’ alive. For reals.

And the idea of this blog has been rumbling in my brain for years. And guess what?! Now it’s REAL. It’s a thing. It’s out there.  And you’re here. Holy cow. I’m giddy just thinking about it.

And you know what else? Isn’t life better when we learn from each other? I mean, let’s get honest and vulnerable here. (Buckle up ‘cause there’s going to be a lot of that here at SAFA.) Life can be really, really amazing and can also be really, really hard. And isn’t life richer, sweeter, and fuller when we’re learning from each other and reminded that we’re NOT in this alone?

What to Expect

So what are you going to find here at Simply and Fully Alive? Well, we’re going to talk about LIFE.

We’re going to talk about mental health.

We’re going to talk a lot about nutrition and how we can care for the body God has given us so that we can best glorify Him with our lives.

We’re going to talk about sleep, stress, relationships, and intentional living.

We’re going to talk about walking with God, what it looks like to apply simplicity to all areas of life, and how to practice gratitude.

We’re going to get deep, but we’re also going to have a lot of fun.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  May you have eyes to see the gifts.

To Him be the glory today and always.
